Welcome To Uptown / West Village
One of the city’s most vibrant and colorful neighborhoods
Located in the Uptown area of Dallas is West Village—one of the city’s most trendy and walkable neighborhoods. West Village is situated on the northern edge of Uptown and is jam-packed with retail stores, some of the best eateries in the area, charming local boutiques, and plenty of options for electric entertainment.
West Village was established in 2001 and has quickly evolved into one of the city’s most sought-after places to live. This community was designed by acclaimed architect David Schwarz & Associates of Washington, D.C. It originally contained only 42 carefully chosen shops and restaurants but has since expanded to over 100 shops, restaurants, and retailers. The home styles here range from Victorian-style homes to urban lofts and chic townhouses. No matter what housing style you prefer, Uptown has something for you!

West Village is known for its upbeat and artistic atmosphere. Residents can live, work, and play without ever needing to leave the neighborhood. As the city’s most walkable community, residents enjoy a laid-back and urban lifestyle. No matter where you live here, you’re within walking distance of cafés, bakeries, and shops.
Although West Village is home to residents from all walks of time, the neighborhood is particularly popular with young professionals.
