Chalk Hill – Kaizen Development Partners
Kaizen Development Partners has begun work on Chalk Hill, a $370 million mixed-use redevelopment project in Uptown Dallas. The development will include over 400,000 square feet of Class AA office space, a 217-key luxury hotel, 61 luxury-branded residential condominium units, and multiple food-and-beverage options. The project is set to be completed by 2028.

Victory Park

2371 Victory Avenue – Hines Development
Hines is building a 28-story, 569,000 sq ft residential tower at 2371 Victory Avenue. The development will include 497 luxury apartments and an 835-car parking garage. Construction starts mid-2024 with expected completion in 2026. Located just south of the American Airlines Center, it offers easy access to sports, concerts, and dining.

Goldman Sachs Office Tower – NorthEnd Campus
Goldman Sachs is constructing an 800,000 sq ft office campus in the NorthEnd development near Victory Park. The campus will house over 5,000 employees and includes rooftop gardens, a 1.5-acre park, fitness facilities, and dining options. Groundbreaking began in late 2023, with completion targeted for 2027, marking a major step in Dallas’ growing financial hub status.

Turtle Creek

Hanover Turtle Creek – 2525 Turtle Creek Blvd
Hanover Co. is replacing the 1960s-era Turtle Creek Gardens condos with a 21-story luxury residential tower. The $170 million project will feature 341 units and is scheduled for completion in 2025, offering modern high-rise living in one of Dallas’ most desirable neighborhoods.

Rosewood Residences – 3555 Dickason Ave
A 17-story condo tower will feature 33 ultra-luxury residences ranging from 2,000 to 6,380 sq ft. Completion is expected in 2025, providing high-end options in a prime Turtle Creek location.

Fairmount Tower – Corner of Fairmount and Turtle Creek Blvd

  • Auberge Resorts Collection Hotel & Residences: 140-room hotel and 48 ultra-luxury condos with private clubrooms, bars, lounges, spa, fitness, indoor pool, and outdoor pool deck.

  • 27-Story Luxury Residential Tower: 173 high-end apartment units with prime amenities.

  • Boutique Office Building: 150,000 sq ft with nine floors of office space above two retail levels; ISN Software Corp will anchor the top four floors.

  • Retail & Dining: Over 100,000 sq ft, including Sant Ambroeus’ first Texas location (opening 2026).
